BEST AVAILABLE RATE or DISCOUNT DEPOSIT POLICY

By offering the Best Available Rate, we ensure that our guests always receive the most competitive pricing and flexibility, aligning with our promise to deliver exceptional value and service from the moment they book with us. A deposit of 100% of stay plus taxes and fees (USD) is due upon reservation for Best Available Rate and/or discount rates. Must be age 21 or older to rent a guest room. Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of stay upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From Friday of Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Monday, all deposits are refundable 31 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $100 service fee per room. *Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit (full amount of the stay). We’re sorry, no refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

From Labor Day Monday until Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend, all deposits are refundable 31 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $100 service fee per room. Cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to set arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full deposit. *Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit (full amount of the stay). We’re so sorry, no refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

To offer our best savings, discounted rates are non-refundable and require full payment at booking. Changes, cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Smoking Policy

No Smoking in Rooms, Public Interior of Hotel, or on balconies – Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking in Mahalo Cape May will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.

No Smoking permitted in pool area

Resort Fees

A resort fee of 12% of the room rate, + state tax, will be assessed per stay. Some services that the resort fees allow for are:

Year-Round

  • Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel
  • Fresh brewed coffee every morning in the lobby
  • Mahalo Keurig Coffee in each guest room
  • Cozy Mahalo Robes for use in each guest room
  • Local and long-distance phone calls at no additional cost
  • Use of Mahalo Diamond Beach Fitness Room.

Seasonally

  • Pool monitoring and towel service, through October
  • Roundtrip shuttle service to Mahalo Diamond Beach and downtown Cape May, daily through September – To ask about Cozy Season schedule, call 609.898.8100
  • Beach Tags
  • Beach attendants to set up beach chairs, through September
  • Daily Membership to the Mahalo Diamond Beach Private Beach Club, through September
  • Valet Services, through September
  • *Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis with 33 on-property spaces for our 56 guest rooms. Valet will help additional cars locate street parking.

Pet Policy

At Mahalo Resorts we love pets; however, for the health, safety and comfort of all guests, our Cape May resort is unable to accommodate pets.

Parking

Our beachfront hotel in Cape May offers complimentary, on-site self-parking, maximum of one vehicle per room per night. Additional street parking is available.
