Best Available Rate Or Discounted Rate Deposit Policy

By offering the Best Available Rate, we ensure that our guests always receive the most competitive pricing and flexibility, aligning with our promise to deliver exceptional value and service from the moment they book with us. A deposit of 100% of stay plus taxes and fees (USD) is due upon reservation for Best Available Rate and/or discount rates. Best Available Rate cancellation policy applies. Must be age 21 or older to rent a guest room. Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of stay upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

From Friday of Memorial Day Weekend Until Labor Day Monday, all deposits are refundable 31 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $100 service fee per room. *Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit (full amount of the stay). We’re sorry, no refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

From Labor Day Monday until Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend, all deposits are refundable 31 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $100 service fee per room. Cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to set arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full deposit. *Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit (full amount of the stay). We’re so sorry, no refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

 

Mahalo Smoking Policy

No Smoking in Rooms, Public Areas of Hotel, or on Balconies – Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking at Mahalo will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.

No Smoking permitted in pool area.

Resort Fees

A resort fee of 12% of the room rate, + state tax, will be assessed per stay. Some services that the resort fees allow for are:

  • Outdoor Heated Pool with Waterfall & Pool Towel Service
  • Self-Service Beach Chairs
  • Upgraded 2rd floor sundeck & lounge area with ocean views
  • On-site self-parking, some spaces covered
  • Wifi in-room & throughout the property
  • Local Shuttle Service to the Wildwood Boardwalk
  • 24-Hour Front Desk
  • Grab & Go Pantry to purchase breakfast, snacks and drinks in the lobby
  • Maui the Macaw Experience
  • Adult Size Mahalo Bicycles

Pet Policy

At Mahalo we love pets; however, for the health, safety and comfort of all guests, our resorts are unable to accommodate pets in our hotel rooms. Please note: Maui the Macaw, our property “host”, lives in the lobby of our hotel. Anyone with a fear of birds or bird allergies should avoid that area. Please call and our team will be happy to bring your keys and registration information to you.

Parking

Our Diamond Beach hotel offers first-come, first-serve on-site self-parking. Additional street parking is available.
